Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Finance Publishing Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland under registered number 572795, the registered office of which is located at Pembroke House, Upper Pembroke Street 28-32, Dublin, D02 EK84, Republic of Ireland, together with its agents.
Upon placing your order online, when you click Submit Order, you will either see a page or receive an email (if you have supplied your email address) acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed. The contract between us is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date we send you confirmation of your order with your subscription account number and after payment has been taken.
You will receive this confirmation within 14 days by post, or by email within 72 hours if you have supplied an email address.
We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect postal address or email address. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
If you have ordered a subscription for someone else, a gift card will be sent to you to pass on to the gift recipient. Once you‘ve placed your gift order, you’ll receive a postal acknowledgement within 14 days or an email acknowledgement within 72 hours (if you have given us your email address). Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both European and overseas orders.
We will contact you at the end of the initial subscription period with an offer to renew your subscription at the then prevailing renewal rate, which may be changed from time to time. You may cancel your subscription at any time, as set out below.
Where a minimum term of one year is advertised, cancellation is not permitted until the end of this initial period, and we will not issue you a refund. Should you wish to cancel after the minimum term, please contact our subscription team in writing.
For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription has elapsed, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our subscription team in writing. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet sent to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel.
Please note that all credit card refunds will be issued in euros. Your credit card company will convert the euro amount into your local currency and may charge additional fees for completing the transaction.

How to cancel
You may notify us of your wish to cancel your subscription by contacting our subscription team.
International Banker provides your subscription in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (and the Terms and Conditions of any offer or promotion that may apply to your subscription). As detailed above, you have legal rights with regards to your subscription, including the right to cancel.

Fees and payments
You are responsible for any fees that are payable.
The price to be paid for your subscription will be made clear to you on the Subscription Order pages, or otherwise during the order process, and may vary from time to time. You agree to pay the rates and fees notified to you at the time you purchase your subscription. Eligibility for any discounts is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription. We will inform you in advance of any increase in the price of your subscription and offer you an opportunity to cancel it if you do not wish to pay the new price.
When you purchase a subscription, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are entitled to use those payment methods for this purpose. If we do not receive payment authorisation or an authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription, and in suspicious circumstances we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law-enforcement authority or other appropriate third party.
If you are entitled to a refund, it can be made only to the credit/debit/charge card that was used for the original purchase—unless it has expired, in which case we will contact you.
We will deliver your magazine to the address you specified to us when you placed your order. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue; please allow up to six weeks for delivery. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazine if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without any obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and, despite our efforts to contact you, we do not receive correct address details.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
- The issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, and/or
- Such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in dispatch shall, at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the costs of the missing issues; to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other liability to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents. These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
